Top 7 Hair Care Products

Dove Nourishing Oil Care Leave in Conditioner

I bought this product simply for my holiday because I knew I was going to be in and out of chlorine all day and my hair was going to be exposed to a lot of heat and especially on the beach it can get a little bit out of hand! So I bought this and have used it every single day since. I like to apply it after I've styled my hair and comb it through to give it a really nice soft feel and sleek look to my hair. I was very surprised at how it made my hair feel because with some other leave in conditioners I've tried they've left my hair feeling a bit sticky and not very nice, but the great thing about this one is that it feels completely weightless and absorbs into the hair really quickly, which is really good for if I’m late for school and just need something to spruce up my hair. Overall a really nice product and the best leave in conditioner I've used at a really affordable price as well!

Dove Nourishing Oil Care Regenerating Hair Mask

Yes it’s another dove product! What can I say? I just love dove! I really like this mask because it leaves my ends looking a lot healthier especially if I have any random split ends; it sorts them out quite nicely! On the packaging it says to use weekly and I did try doing that but I felt like my hair needed it a bit more often, so I end up using it every 2 or 3 days because it works so beautifully. It’s strange because I stopped using this for a while and my hair just started getting really dry and horrible at the ends, so this product is really part of my holy grail because it seems like my hair can’t survive without it! What I also really like about this product is the smell and I say this about every dove hair care product, (because I use the shampoo and conditioner as well) but it literally smells like you've just stepped out of the salon! So if you have a particular problem with dry or split ends then I really recommend this product!

V05 Heat Protect Styling Spray

I have been using this product for years! I remember using it back in year 8 when I was crazy about straightening and curling my hair, thank goodness I used this or my hair would be dead! I absolutely love this spray because 1. It smells so nice 2. It does a fine job of protecting my hair from my heat products, which I use on a daily basis (oops!) and 3. Because it leaves my hair feeling so nice and smooth. I can’t think of a better heat protect-ant spray out there on the market! I’m usually not a big fan of V05 product but this just ticks all the boxes for me, I can’t think of anything else to say about it apart from the fact that it is absolutely bloody brilliant!

Charles Worthington Dream Hair Curl Defining Spray

I like to use this product if I have just curled my hair or if I decide to keep my hair natural (because I have naturally wavy hair) and it’s just really nice to spice up your curls a bit and give them more of a softer look. It also makes your curls feel really soft to the touch instead of them being quite stiff like mine can sometimes be when I've used heat on them. For when I’m leaving my hair natural, this spray is just really nice to spray on to enhance my hair that little bit and to control it from going all frizzy on me! The good thing about this product is that a little goes a long way, as you can tell from the old Charles Worthington packaging! ;) I think the link is correct to the same product but I’m really not sure, sorry :*

Nicky Clarke Endless Waves De-frizzing Cream Mousse

For all you people who worry about frizzy hair, worry no longer I have an answer to your prayers! ;) This mousse is really nice to apply when you have a shower in the morning and you know for a fact that when you dry your hair, it’s going to go all frizzy on you. All I do is towel dry my hair quickly and then apply this with my hands from root to ends, comb it through and dry my hair with a hair dryer as usual and it completely controls my frizz, I don’t even have to worry about it. Also if you have naturally wavy hair like me it gives it a really nice sleek look so you don’t even have to style your hair (woop woop!)

Herbal Essences Seductively Straight  Shampoo & Conditioner

For shampoo and conditioner, herbal essences has to be one of my favorite brands simply because they have so much choice for so many different styles and they all smelly lovely! The one I am using at the moment is called 'seductively straight' and it does exactly what it says on the tin! I like to use this in the morning because it leaves my hair feeling really fresh for school, and it makes my hair feel really soft especially after straightening it. It just seems to tame my hair down and leave it really smooth and sleek. I like to use this in conjunction with my V05 heat protect spray before drying it because it leaves it extra silky. Overall, a really nice collection!

Batiste Dry Shampoo in Original

And least but by all means not least, its the product that is probably on every ones top hair products list: its Batiste Dry Shampoo! I have the original one, but have never tried any of the others. I've heard they are very nice so I'm definitely going to get a 'fragranced' one when this is empty! Anyway, what can I say? This is just the ultimate dry shampoo, and I actually use this on a daily basis (but not because my hair is always greasy!) because it gives my hair a little extra boost of freshness, if you know what I mean? :S I like to spray it into my roots to add a hint of volume because I'm not really a big fan of special 'volumising' products, not sure why! I just don't like them, but this works the trick. I like how it doesn't give a really white residue on my hair as well because I've tried others and they were just ridiculously white! This is perfect though, I can't think of anything bad to say about it because its just so good!
